Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support assignments related to Public Financial Management (PFM), financial governance, and audit advisory.
• Conduct statutory audits, financial reviews, compliance assessments, and due diligence exercises.
• Evaluate financial controls, governance frameworks, budgeting processes, and fund utilization mechanisms.
• Review financial statements and prepare analytical reports highlighting risks, observations, and recommendations.
• Support government departments, public sector undertakings (PSUs), autonomous bodies, and development organizations in strengthening financial management practices.
• Develop policy notes, concept papers, presentations, and client deliverables for senior stakeholders.
• Assess compliance with applicable accounting standards, financial regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Participate in stakeholder consultations, workshops, and meetings with government officials and project counterparts.
• Contribute to proposal development, business development initiatives, and thought leadership in public finance and governance.




• Manage project timelines, quality assurance, and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualification
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
• Additional certifications in public finance, government accounting, risk management, or audit would be an advantage.

Experience
• Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience.
• Demonstrated experience in Statutory Audit engagements.
• Experience in Public Finance, Government Advisory, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Development Sector, Multilateral-funded Projects, or Government Programs.
• Experience in financial management, budgeting, expenditure analysis, accounting, compliance, and audit functions.
• Prior consulting experience with reputed advisory, audit, or skilled services organizations will be preferred.
