Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager – US Travel Process to lead and manage end-to-end travel sales and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business performance, revenue growth, team productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with company policies and service-level agreements.
The candidate should have strong leadership experience in international travel sales, a solid understanding of the US travel market, and hands-on knowledge of PPC/META campaigns, online lead conversion, and travel booking processes.
Key Responsibilities• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations for the US Travel process, ensuring smooth workflow, optimal resource utilization, and achievement of business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor Team Leaders and frontline teams to drive productivity, accountability,



and overall performance.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales targets, revenue, conversion rates, average booking value, and overall business profitability.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales conversion, revenue, productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, SLA/TAT, and attendance.
• Process Excellence: Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of customer service, manage critical escalations, and improve customer retention and satisfaction.
• Campaign & Lead Management: Monitor PPC/META campaigns, lead quality, online conversion funnels, and sales performance to maximize return on marketing investment.
