Job OverviewWe are seeking an organized and proactive Junior Marketing Project Manager to oversee day-to-day marketing operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the timely delivery of marketing projects for Tio da Sorte and related partnership initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, a basic understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.
Key Responsibilities• Manage daily marketing tasks, project timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with marketing specialists, designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign execution and provide regular progress updates.
• Maintain project documentation, task trackers, and status reports.
• Identify project delays, resolve coordination issues, and escalate risks when necessary.




• Support senior management in marketing campaign planning and execution.
• Track project milestones and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Organize team meetings and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Monitor task completion and ensure clear communication across teams.
• Assist in improving marketing workflows and project coordination processes.

Requirements• 1–3 years of experience in project management, marketing coordination, or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing campaigns and marketing operations.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams, tasks, and deadlines.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to track project progress and prepare transparent status reports.
• A proactive approach to identifying issues
