About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage HR operations for our organisation, with a strong focus on employee management, recruitment, HR policies, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning.
• Handle attendance, leave management, employee records, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF and ESIC.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary procedures, and retention.
• Oversee performance appraisals, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage factory and office employee administration, including blue-collar workforce documentation.

Requirements
• 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in factory HR and employee administration.
• Robust knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
