Key Accountabilities
• Responsible for managing the assigned territory for India Aftermarket Controls business in full alignment with IMI CCI policies.
• Maintain robust customer relationships with all plants in the designated area.
• Conduct regular plant visits to support outage planning, improve plant performance, reduce downtime,
and promote IMI CCI aftermarket solutions.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with plant owners/operators to secure ongoing business and future sales references.
• Plan and manage sales activities by ensuring accurate, up‑to‑date information in the CRM (SFDC).
• Stay informed about global and local market trends, upcoming projects, and relevant industry events within the assigned territory.
Sales
• Maintain and regularly update all commercial activities in the IMI CCI CRM as per management requirements.
• Stay informed on customer tender portals/sources and record them in CRM.
• Coordinate with inside sales to obtain and submit budgetary proposals for customer outages.
• Receive RFQs, translate/clarify, and forward them to inside sales promptly.
• Review proposals from inside sales and submit them to customers quickly, preferably in person.
• Actively follow up on submitted proposal
