Experience:
a. More than 15 years of overall experience;
b.



More than 10 years of work experience in business process design, quality management processes for clients (present experience)
c. Demonstrable experience as SAFe Agilist professional
d. Demonstrable experience in working as CMMI assessment as consultant, ATM or HME
e. Demonstrated experience in working as quality consulting leader of the whole enterprise or a large business unit (in the recent 5 years period)
f. Demonstrable experience managing SCAMPI processes successfully (in the recent 2 years period)
g. Experience in managing ISO 9000 / 20000 / 27000 / 42001 review processes

Education: BTech/MBA/Both Preferred
