In early 2021, we launched LytAds, introducing digital taxi screens in Mumbai to deliver real-time, location-based advertising solutions. Since its launch, LytAds has delivered 100+ campaigns. Recently, we introduced BuzzOmni, expanding our portfolio to offer clients comprehensive 360° media solutions.

Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale our inside sales team. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on deal enablement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring teams, improving conversions, and closing significant deals.
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, strong execution skills, and a deep understanding of the sales funnel. You will work closely with Inside Sales Executives to enhance their selling skills,



lead client meetings when required, and ensure deals progress toward closure. You will also collaborate with the Sales Excellence team to optimize sales scripts, follow-up cadences, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Coaching
• Recruit, train, and mentor Inside Sales Executives to ensure consistent performance and team morale.
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and provide actionable feedback on calls, emails, and deal management.
• Support executives on critical accounts by joining client calls, leading meetings, and providing real-time guidance.

2. Deal Conversion & Enablement
• Review pipelines, prioritize accounts, and develop conversion strategies with each executive.
• Actively support the closure of high-value or complex deals while empowering the team.
• Coach executives on objection handling, negotiation, and consultative selling techniques.
