About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory Executive to manage inventory records, purchase orders, supplier coordination, stock movement, invoice processing and inventory reporting.
This role is suitable for fresh graduates who want to build a career in inventory management, supply chain, procurement and operations. Candidates must be comfortable working with Excel, handling data accurately, communicating professionally and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities1. Inventory Management
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Track stock received, issued, transferred and replenished.
• Monitor stock levels and identify shortages,



excess stock and discrepancies.
• Perform stock reconciliation and assist with periodic inventory audits.
• Maintain accurate records for high-volume inventory and multiple SKUs.

2. Purchase Orders and Procurement
• Prepare, update and track purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding order status and deliveries.
• Monitor pending orders, stock replenishment and delivery timelines.
• Verify received quantities against purchase orders and supporting documents.

3. Invoice and Credit Note Processing
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery records.
• Assist with invoice processing, credit notes and related documentation.
• Identify quantity, pricing and documentation mismatches and coordinate their resolution.
• Maintain organised records for audit and reporting purposes.
