Are you passionate about workplace safety, environmental compliance, and building a strong safety culture? We are looking for a dedicated EHS Officer to take ownership of Environment, Health & Safety operations at our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Establish and implement EHS policies and procedures for the plant.
✅ Ensure compliance with the Factories Act, OSH Code 2020, environmental laws, and other statutory requirements.
✅ Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
✅ Implement and maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
✅ Manage fire safety, machine safety, and emergency response protocols.




✅ Conduct EHS training and awareness programmes for employees and contractors.
✅ Coordinate with government and regulatory authorities.
✅ Independently manage and strengthen the facility's overall safety culture.
Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science; Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Safety preferred.
✔️ Minimum 3 years of EHS experience in heavy electrical equipment manufacturing.
✔️ Strong knowledge of industrial safety, fire safety, machine safety, and regulatory compliance.
✔️ Expertise in risk assessment, safety documentation, and EHS management systems.
✔️ Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership.
