Role Description
The Junior SMO Associate is a full time, remote job. This role focuses on supporting social media optimization activities across platforms, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement,



and assisting in the execution of campaigns for real estate professionals. The Junior SMO Associate will help maintain brand consistency, prepare basic performance reports, and coordinate with senior team members to implement content calendars and platform-specific strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with designers and content creators, tracking key social metrics, identifying opportunities for audience growth, and ensuring timely posting aligned with the company’s overall marketing goals. The role also involves staying updated on social media trends and platform changes to help improve reach and effectiveness.
