Role Description & KRAs: The Business Development Specialist is a full-time role based in our head office, Bengaluru.
• Ability to connect with CXOs to convey a transparent value proposition.
• Manage lead generation campaigns, and build a strong sales pipeline for Tomillo’s AI Native Procurement software and B2B eCommerce solutions.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, engaging prospective clients,



preparing tailored proposals and presentations.
• The role also involves nurturing relationships with existing and potential customers

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 1 year of experience within the corporate sales, software sales or Business Development role.
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, assess client requirements, and support data-driven business development decisions.
• Excellent Communication abilities to present solutions clearly, conduct client meetings, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Proven Lead Generation experience to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and maintain a healthy and organized sales pipeline.
