? Role Description
The Sales Executive role at Monterovo Global Forwarding is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. In this role, the Sales Executive will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, and promote Monterovo’s freight forwarding and logistics services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, preparing and presenting proposals and quotations,



negotiating pricing and contract terms, and following up on leads to meet or exceed sales targets. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments and a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, preparing regular reports, and continuously monitoring market trends and competitors to support strategic growth.

? Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding/logistics.
• Strong business development and client acquisition skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of international shipping, logistics, and freight forwarding processes.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Existing customer base will be an added advantage.
