Role Description The Sales Representative role at Zam Zam Enterprises is a full time remote position responsible for driving apparel sales and building strong relationships with clients worldwide. On a day-to-day basis,



this role involves prospecting new leads, responding to inquiries, conducting virtual meetings, and presenting manufacturing and private label solutions tailored to each client’s needs. The Sales Representative will prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines, and coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery. This role also includes maintaining CRM records, tracking sales performance, providing regular updates to management, and gathering market feedback to support continuous improvement. Collaboration with marketing on campaigns and sales materials, as well as participation in online events or industry outreach, is expected.
