Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth personnel and HR processes. This is a full-time, in office role located in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include assisting in maintaining employee records,



supporting recruitment activities such as screening resumes and coordinating interviews, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. The intern will also assist with onboarding activities, support employee engagement initiatives, and help administer basic employee benefits documentation. Additional tasks may involve preparing HR reports, coordinating training schedules, and providing general administrative support to the HR department.
