Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Development Representative role based in Mumbai. The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, social channels, and other lead generation activities.



The role involves nurturing leads, setting up product demos or meetings for the sales team, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The person in this role will collaborate closely with marketing and sales to refine messaging, follow up on campaigns, and support the conversion of qualified leads into opportunities. The position requires consistent engagement with prospects, clear communication of Volody’s CLM value proposition, and a focus on meeting and exceeding monthly targets.
