About the Role :

Furlenco's S&OP; & Asset Control team manages inventory planning, asset utilization, and inter-warehouse stock balancing across cities pan-India, with a mandate to minimize stock held at warehouses and maximize stock at the customer's place. This role will support vendor dispatch allocation, inventory rebalancing across fast/slow/non-moving categories, out-of-stock (OOS) analysis, and the team's projections and planning dashboards.

What You'll Do :




• Support daily/weekly stock allocation decisions for vendor dispatch based on demand and warehouse availability
• Help classify and rebalance inventory across warehouses by fast-moving, slow-moving, and non moving categories
• Assist in maintaining and improving planning dashboards (Google Sheets/Apps Script command center; Databricks/Streamlit dashboards)
• Support out-of-stock (OOS) analysis and data reconciliation across city-SKU records
• Contribute to early-stage AI/ML forecasting initiatives (demand forecasting, hub-based routing optimization)
• Prepare reports, trackers, and periodic review decks in Excel/Sheets

Must-Have Qualifications :

• B.Tech degree (any branch); fresher or up to ~3 year experience
• Robust hands-on Excel skills - pivot tables, lookups, at least basic formulas/macros
• Working knowledge of statistics - descriptive stats, basic forecasting/regression concepts
• Exposure to AI/ML - coursework, personal projects, or certifications count; professional experience
