Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a passionate Regional HR Business Partner to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee core employee lifecycle events, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for external vendors, partners, or clients.
• Ensure organizational compliance with local, state, and global labor laws.
• Design and execute initiatives to boost remote team engagement and morale.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
• Proven experience managing sensitive and confidential employee relations cases.




• Deep knowledge of contemporary employment laws and HR best practices.
• Familiarity with modern HRIS systems and employee engagement platforms.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
