About the Role

Synax Technologies is looking for an experienced International Sales Manager to drive global revenue growth for its cybersecurity training portfolio. This role focuses on developing international markets, acquiring enterprise customers and strategic partners, and building a sustainable sales pipeline across key regions.

The position requires robust experience in B2B sales within cybersecurity, IT services, or corporate training environments, along with a proven ability to manage international sales cycles and consistently achieve revenue targets. The role carries end-to-end ownership of the sales process, from opportunity generation through deal closure and account growth, while acting as a key representative of Synax’s training portfolio across client and partner ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive international business growth for cybersecurity training offerings across enterprise accounts, channel partners, strategic alliances, and partner ecosystems
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through direct outreach,



market expansion initiatives, and partner engagement
• Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline while owning the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation through successful closure
• Engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers to understand business requirements and position suitable cybersecurity training solutions
• Conduct impactful business presentations, solution discussions, and training portfolio demonstrations to enterprise clients and partners
• Represent Synax Technologies and its cybersecurity training portfolio during client engagements, partner discussions, webinars, workshops, and industry events
• Work closely with trainers and internal subject matter experts to effectively communicate program value propositions, learning outcomes, and business impact to customers
