Role Summary
The Sales Head – Senior Living will be responsible for developing and executing the overall sales strategy, driving revenue growth, leading the sales team and ensuring a seamless, customer-centric sales experience. The role involves managing the complete sales lifecycle, building strategic referral networks, monitoring sales performance and achieving occupancy and revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, commercial acumen and experience in consultative sales,



preferably in real estate, hospitality, healthcare or senior living.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales, revenue and occupancy targets.
· Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and organisational performance goals.
· Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation and prospect engagement to site visits, negotiations, bookings and customer onboarding.
· Monitor enquiries generated through digital platforms, referrals, walk-ins, channel partners and other sources to ensure effective lead management and conversion.
· Establish sales processes, review the sales pipeline and implement effective follow-up mechanisms to improve conversion rates.
· Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching, training and guidance to team members.
