Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
· Independently manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients.
· Build strong, long-term client relationships.
· Understand client objectives, requirements and expectations.
· Lead client calls, meetings and project updates.
· Proactively identify requirements and provide solutions.
· Manage client feedback, changes and escalations.
Event Briefing & Project Planning
· Understand and interpret detailed client briefs.
· Convert requirements into transparent internal briefs and action plans.
· Develop timelines, deliverable trackers and responsibility matrices.
· Coordinate Creative, Production, Technical, Logistics, Hospitality and other teams.
· Ensure stakeholders understand responsibilities and deadlines.
· Support client presentations, proposals, concepts and pitch documents.
End-to-End Event Management
· Own assigned events from briefing to closure.
· Coordinate project deliverables and timelines.
· Monitor milestones, approvals, dependencies and risks.
· Conduct internal reviews to keep projects on track.




· Coordinate site visits, venue inspections, rehearsals and walkthroughs.
· Ensure approved concepts and requirements are translated accurately into execution.
Creative & Content Coordination
· Work with Creative and Strategy teams on concepts and presentations.
· Translate client feedback into clear creative direction.
· Coordinate branding, communication, scripts, content and collateral.
· Manage feedback and approval cycles.
Production & Vendor Coordination
· Coordinate with Production and Operations teams.
· Understand fabrication, branding, AV, stage, technical, hospitality and logistics requirements.
· Coordinate vendors where required.
· Track production timelines and quality.
· Identify execution challenges in advance.
Commercial & Scope Management
· Understand estimates, budgets and approved scope.
· Coordinate with commercial/accounts teams.
· Identify scope changes and additional requirements.
