We are seeking a talented senior Automic Consultant with proven experience of working directly with end customers. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Automic (Automation Engine) and a strong track record of completing installations, upgrades, migrations, and conversions in diverse enterprise environments. This role requires a customer-focused problem solver ready to travel or work remotely for clients, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal automation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute Automic product installations, upgrades, migrations, and conversions for enterprise clients.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for end customers during project delivery, ensuring their needs are addressed throughout the engagement.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Automic deployments.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for deployment activities, configurations, and post-project support.




• Collaborate with client IT teams to plan and coordinate project milestones and deliverables.

Provide knowledge transfer, training, and guidance to client personnel as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

• Robust hands-on experience with Automic (Automation Engine), including installation, configuration, and administration.
• Demonstrated background in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of IT automation concepts, batch job scheduling, and enterprise IT environments.
• Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) experience.
• Experience conducting end-to-end migrations/upgrades of automation platforms with minimal downtime.
• Experience with databases like Oracle, SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with UNIX/Linux and/or Windows server administration.
