Job Description: Senior Interior Designer

About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to lead residential interior projects from concept to handover. You will work closely with clients, the sales and execution teams, and vendors to deliver well-planned, well-finished homes.

Key responsibilities:
• Understand client requirements, lifestyle and budget, and turn them into design concepts
• Prepare space plans, layouts, 3D views and presentations for client approval
• Develop detailed working drawings, including furniture, false ceiling, electrical and civil layouts
• Select materials, finishes, colours, lighting and furnishings that fit the budget and brief
• Prepare accurate quotations and BOQs in coordination with the estimation team
• Coordinate with site supervisors, project managers and vendors to make sure the design is executed correctly
• Conduct site visits to check quality,



finishes and timelines
• Handle client meetings, presentations and revisions professionally
• Guide and review the work of junior designers
• Stay updated on design trends, materials and recent products

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
• 5+ years of experience in residential interior design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and a rendering tool such as V-Ray, Enscape or 3ds Max
• Strong knowledge of materials, modular furniture, finishes and site execution
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A solid portfolio of completed residential projects

Good to have
• Experience with modular kitchens and wardrobes
• Experience handling turnkey projects
• Knowledge of costing and vendor negotiation
