About the Role - Every “yes, I’ll be there” starts with someone following up, confirming, and making sure it actually happens. That’s you. We’re looking for an RSVP & Hospitality Associate who’s quick on calls, quicker on WhatsApp, and genuinely enjoys the back-and-forth of getting things sorted - guest lists, vendor quotes, meeting notes, all of it.
This is a hands-on,



rapid-learning role working closely with the senior team - perfect if you want a real shot at growing into the guest-experience side of events.

Key Responsibilities -
• RSVP & Guest Communication - Make guest confirmation calls and WhatsApp follow-ups, keep the RSVP sheet updated in real time, and be the first responder for guest queries - quick, warm, and on top of it.
• Hotel Coordination - Support day-to-day hotel coordination - sharing guest details, tracking room allocations, and following up on requests before and during the event.
• Vendor Research & Coordination – Research and shortlist vendors, gather quotes, and handle the back-and-forth follow-ups to keep things moving.
• Hospitality Desk Support – Be the second-in-command on the ground during events - check-ins, guest queries, desk operations, backing up the senior team wherever needed.
• Meeting Minutes – Sit in on client and vendor calls, take sharp notes, and circulate clear action points after.
