Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Partnership and Alliances role based in Mumbai. The individual in this role will identify, evaluate, and manage strategic partnerships that strengthen CapitalXB’s supply chain solutions and market presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and engaging potential partners, conducting market and competitor research, preparing partnership proposals, and negotiating terms that align with business objectives.



The role involves coordinating with internal teams such as sales, product, and operations to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing relationship management with partners. The person will track performance metrics, prepare regular reports for leadership, and support joint go-to-market initiatives and partner-driven sales opportunities.
Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess partnership opportunities, market trends, and performance data.
• Experience building and managing Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships within B2B or supply chain-focused environments.
• Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Background in Sales or business development, with a track record of meeting partnership or revenue targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
