Role Description This is a remote HR Internship role with a duration of 6 months and a stipend of 5K. The intern will support day-to-day HR activities, including assisting with recruitment processes such as posting job descriptions, screening applications, and scheduling interviews. Responsibilities may include maintaining candidate and employee records, preparing documentation, and helping coordinate onboarding and orientation activities. The intern will also contribute to HR-related communications, gather and organize data for HR reports, and help ensure HR processes are compliant with company policies. Throughout the internship, the individual will gain exposure to HR best practices, tools, and workflows, while collaborating with HR and leadership teams.
Qualifications

• Interest in Human Resources, talent acquisition, and employee experience, with a willingness to learn HR processes and tools.




• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written communication and professional email etiquette.
• Basic organizational and administrative skills, such as managing documents, tracking data, and maintaining accurate records.
• Comfort with remote work, including reliability in meeting deadlines, responsiveness in online collaboration, and use of digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, video conferencing, HR software).
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Pursuing or recently completed studies in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated initiative, eagerness to receive feedback, and openness to developing current skills in a fast-paced environment.
