About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and creative Strategy Head – Brand Management to lead brand positioning, communication strategy, brand development, and integrated marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of consumer behaviour, brand storytelling, market research, and campaign planning, with the ability to translate business objectives into impactful brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities

* Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop brand strategies, positioning statements, value propositions, and communication frameworks aligned with client objectives.
* Brand Identity & Communication: Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone of voice, visual identity, and communication across all marketing channels.
* Campaign Strategy: Conceptualise and lead integrated brand campaigns across digital, social media, print, outdoor, influencer marketing, and other relevant platforms.




* Market Research & Insights: Conduct competitor analysis, market research, audience segmentation, and consumer behaviour studies to identify brand growth opportunities.
* Client Relationship Management: Work closely with clients to understand business challenges, present strategic recommendations, and manage brand expectations.
* Creative Direction: Collaborate with creative, content, design, social media, and digital marketing teams to develop compelling brand communication and campaign concepts.
* Brand Development: Build brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, campaign themes, and long-term brand development roadmaps.
* Brand Performance: Monitor brand awareness, engagement, sentiment, share of voice, and other relevant brand health metrics.
