Role Description This is a full-time, in office Management Intern role based in Lucknow. The Management Intern will support day-to-day operations, including coordinating between R&D; and business teams, assisting in project planning, and tracking progress on key initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting market and competitive research, preparing reports and presentations, and helping with documentation and process improvement. The intern will assist in basic administrative tasks, stakeholder communication,



and organizing meetings or reviews. The role offers exposure to startup operations in the biomedical devices sector and opportunities to contribute to strategic and operational decisions under the guidance of senior team members.
Qualifications
• Strong analytical and research abilities, with capacity to gather, interpret, and present data clearly.
• Basic understanding of business management concepts such as operations, marketing, and project coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
