Role Description The Account Executive role at boon is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The individual in this role will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, delivering product presentations and demos, and closing recent business with retail partners, distributors, and direct customers. Responsibilities include building and maintaining long-term client relationships, understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals,
negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The Account Executive will collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to drive revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth in assigned territories or accounts. Regular reporting on pipeline, sales performance, and market insights will be expected, along with participation in events, store visits, and client meetings.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in B2C or B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, or health and wellness products.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to understand customer needs, provide consultative solutions, and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline, work with CRM tools, prepare proposals, and handle contract negotiations
