Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and managing a robust pipeline of leads, and converting prospects into long-term customers. Day-to-day activities include researching potential clients, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting PIVURA’s product offerings to key decision-makers. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with internal teams to refine proposals, support account onboarding,



and ensure smooth handover to account management. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, preparing sales reports, and representing the brand at relevant events or meetings to strengthen market presence.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects.
• Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to support long-term relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client-facing interaction.
• Candidates should possess skills in basic sales reporting, CRM tools, and pipeline management to track activities and outcomes effectively.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
