Role Description: The Team Lead will manage and guide a team of insurance advisors and support staff to achieve sales, service, and quality targets in line with company objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing client onboarding, policy recommendation, documentation,



and coordination with the internal teams for policy issuance and claims support. The role involves monitoring team performance, providing coaching and training, conducting review meetings, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards. The Team Lead will collaborate with management to plan business growth initiatives, improve processes, and uphold a client-centric service experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhiwadi / Bhiwari.
