Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring activities for technical and non-technical roles, with a focus on semiconductor and VLSI-related positions. This full time,



on-site role is based in Bengaluru South and involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, defining role requirements, and creating inclusive job postings. The specialist will source and engage candidates through multiple channels, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview logistics to ensure a positive candidate experience. Daily responsibilities include maintaining recruitment pipelines, updating applicant tracking systems, supporting employer branding initiatives, and preparing offer proposals in line with organizational policies. The role also involves collaborating with HR and leadership to improve recruitment processes, strengthen talent strategies, and support a diverse, high-performing workforce.
