We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Lead Media Buyer / D2C Growth Specialist who understands how to scale customer acquisition profitably through Meta, YouTube and high-converting creative strategies.

This role is for someone who loves running campaigns, studying consumer behaviour, testing new advertising ideas and finding profitable ways to scale.

We are not looking for a traditional marketing manager or someone who only coordinates with agencies.

1. Meta Ads — Primary Responsibility
- Personally manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Build,



test and scale campaigns focused on profitable customer acquisition.
- Understand Meta's evolving ad delivery systems, creative diversification, audience signals and campaign structures.
- Monitor CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS and delivered-sales ROI.
- Identify winning creatives, audiences, offers and landing pages.
- Manage campaign budgets, scaling decisions and performance optimization.
- Diagnose performance drops and develop structured recovery plans.
- Build remarketing strategies and test recent customer-acquisition opportunities.

2. YouTube & Google Video Advertising
- Plan, launch and optimize YouTube advertising campaigns.
- Develop video-first acquisition strategies for health and wellness audiences.
- Test educational videos, expert-led content, customer stories and direct-response video ads.
- Understand audience intent, video hooks, watch behaviour and conversion tracking.
- Coordinate with creative teams
