Role Summary:
We are expanding our retail presence with a new Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) in Koregaon Park, Pune, and are looking for passionate, customer-focused professionals to join our retail team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Experience:
Deliver personalized consultations and premium service, helping customers discover products across skincare, bath & body, fragrances, and luxury gifting.
• Sales & Business Growth: Drive store sales, achieve individual or store-level targets, recommend suitable products, and maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of product features, advantages, ingredients, fragrances, and usage to provide informed recommendations.
• Store Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, product availability, stock replenishment, billing accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain premium store presentation, product displays, hygiene, and brand standards.
• Team Management: For managerial positions, lead and coach store teams, monitor performance, manage rosters, and drive sales and operational excellence.
