Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Bengaluru. The Occupational Therapist will assess children’s developmental, sensory, motor, and functional skills, and design individualized intervention plans aligned with family needs and clinical goals.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, documenting progress, updating treatment plans, and collaborating closely with other clinicians and families. The role involves educating caregivers on strategies for home and school environments, contributing to multidisciplinary case discussions, and participating in regular team meetings and clinical reviews. The therapist is expected to uphold ethical and evidence-based practice, support a child-safe environment, and engage in ongoing professional learning.
Qualifications
• Clinical expertise in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Foundational understanding of Pediatrics and child development, including early intervention approaches.
