Our CFO will steer global finance operations, capital strategy, and ESG-aligned profitability for a high-growth B2B platform that powers smart sourcing and production decisions across India’s industrial backbone.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for a scaling industrial B2B platform with multi-country revenue streams.
• Optimize working capital, inventory financing, and metal/alloy commodity exposure strategies in volatile global markets.
• Design and implement ESG-linked financial KPIs, carbon accounting frameworks, and sustainable finance partnerships.
• Partner with commercial leadership to model product profitability, pricing elasticity, and unit economics across metal categories.
• Oversee investor relations, capital structure optimization,



and M&A; due diligence for strategic growth plays.
• Build scalable finance infrastructure—ERP, BI dashboards, compliance controls—with hybrid team leadership across India.
