Role Description This is a full-time, in office Inside Sales Executive role based in Pune District. The Inside Sales Executive will engage with incoming leads, conduct follow-up calls, and qualify prospects generated through TwoDots Media’s lead ecosystem.



The role involves understanding client requirements, presenting suitable solutions, and guiding prospects through the sales pipeline to conversion. Daily tasks include managing CRM entries, maintaining accurate records of interactions, coordinating with the marketing and operations teams, and meeting defined sales targets. The Inside Sales Executive will also provide customer support related to leads, share feedback to improve lead quality, and contribute to continuous optimization of sales processes.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience in closing deals and managing short sales cycles.
