We are looking for a proactive and target-driven *Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)* to join our growing sales team. If you enjoy interacting with prospects, understanding business challenges, and turning inbound interest into qualified sales opportunities, this role is for you.

About the Role
As an Inbound SDR, you will be responsible for managing inbound leads from the first point of contact through qualification and demo scheduling. You will engage with potential customers, understand their business requirements, identify relevant use cases,



and ensure a smooth transition of qualified opportunities to the sales team.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, follows up consistently, responds quickly to recent leads, and understands how to convert prospect interest into meaningful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- *Inbound Lead Management:* Handle inbound leads generated through the website, marketing campaigns, partnerships, referrals, and other channels.
- *Lead Engagement:* Connect with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels to understand their requirements and business challenges.
- *Lead Qualification:* Conduct initial discovery conversations and qualify prospects based on their needs, budget, decision-making authority, purchase intent, and product fit.
