Hiring: Service Executive – Front Office & Back Office

About the Role
We are hiring a Service Executive for a growing financial services firm specializing in wealth management, mutual funds, and insurance services.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, managing financial documentation, handling service requests, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for both front-office client servicing and back-office transaction support.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle client queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions.
• Assist with mutual fund and investment-related service requests, including SIPs, redemptions, switches, and investment transactions.
• Support KYC processes, nominee changes, bank detail updates, and client documentation.
• Assist with insurance policy servicing, renewals, and documentation.




• Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality of financial information.
• Coordinate with mutual fund houses, registrars, insurance providers, and internal teams.
• Track client requests and follow up until successful closure.
• Schedule client meetings, portfolio reviews, and follow-up calls with the advisor.

Candidate Requirements
• Graduate in Commerce or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, financial services operations, banking operations, front office, back office, or executive assistance.
• Valuable verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Ability to read and write in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge, including email, MS Office, and WhatsApp.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage client documents accurately.
• A responsible, organized, and client-focused approach to work.
• Candidates residing within 8–9 km of the office will be preferred.
