About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, organised, and resourceful Founder's Office Intern to work directly with the Founder & CEO on day-to-day business operations, lead management, meeting coordination, task tracking, and execution of strategic priorities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting things done, communicates confidently, takes ownership of responsibilities, and wants first-hand exposure to entrepreneurship, business development, and startup operations.
You will act as a coordination bridge between the founder, internal teams, prospective clients,



partners, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead & Business Development Coordination
• Handle incoming business enquiries and maintain an organised lead database.
• Follow up with prospective clients, partners, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate introductory calls, product demonstrations, and business meetings.
• Track lead status, follow-ups, next steps, and conversion progress.
• Ensure that no important business opportunity or follow-up is missed.

2. Meeting & Calendar Management
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate availability across stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting agendas, background notes, and relevant documents.
• Record meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up responsibilities.
• Ensure timely communication before and after meetings.

3. Task & Project Management
