Help shape the future of customer learning at NIQ. NIQ is transforming how customers learn, adopt, and get value from our data, products, and platforms. In this role, you’ll help use data and insights to shape digital learning experiences that support NIQ’s large, global FMCG and T&D; clients as they move from onboarding to confident product adoption.

Work on visible, strategic initiatives. You’ll contribute to global, leadership-visible client learning initiatives, including the implementation of a current Learning Experience Platform. From defining meaningful measures of success to analyzing learner behavior and identifying adoption opportunities, you’ll play a hands-on role in building a modern, global learning ecosystem. Collaborating across Product, AI, Technology, UX, and content teams, your work will directly support strategic initiatives that bring NIQ’s innovative client learning solutions to life at a global scale.

Responsibilities

Learning Analytics, Adoption & Platform Operations

Data-informed insight, adoption, and continuous optimization of NIQ’s learning ecosystem.

• Support the implementation, configuration, testing, and launch of a new Learning Experience Platform (LXP), including reporting, measurement, and ongoing optimization.

• Partner with stakeholders and technology teams to develop learning dashboards, reporting, KPI
