Role Description This is a full time, on-site Soldering Technician role based in Bengaluru.



The Soldering Technician will perform precision soldering of electronic components onto PCBs and assemblies used in spacecraft subsystems, following detailed engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions. The role includes inspecting joints and components under magnification, performing rework and repair, and ensuring compliance with aerospace quality and reliability standards. The technician will collaborate with engineers and assembly teams, document work performed, support prototyping and production builds, and help maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, ESD-safe work environment.
Qualifications

• Ability to perform precision hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components, including fine-pitch devices, to aerospace or IPC-class standards.
• Experience reading and interpreting circuit diagrams, assembly drawings, work instructions, and bill of materials for electronic assemblies.
