Job Responsibilities

* Operate and program Yaskawa MIG welding robots.
* Set welding parameters, robot paths, and welding sequences as per production requirements.
* Perform robot programming, teach pendant operation, and program adjustments.
* Ensure proper welding quality, accuracy, and consistency.
* Troubleshoot welding defects and robot-related issues.
* Carry out routine maintenance and basic fault diagnosis.
* Coordinate with the production and quality teams to achieve production targets.

Requirements

* Minimum 4–6 years of experience in robotic MIG welding.
* Hands-on experience with Yaskawa welding robots is preferred.
* Knowledge of robot programming, welding parameters, and troubleshooting.
* Ability to read engineering drawings and understand welding requirements.
* Responsible, disciplined, and quality-focused.
