Job Title: Sales Support Executive
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Administration: Assist in the preparation and processing of sales orders, quotations, and contracts. Ensure that all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to provide information regarding orders, product availability, and order status.
Handle basic inquiries and escalate complex issues to the sales team as needed.
• Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems. Generate regular reports on sales performance, inventory, and other key metrics.
• Sales Coordination: Support the sales team with calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Ensure that sales staff are well-equipped and informed to perform effectively.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company's product offerings and services. Provide support to the sales team by understanding and communicating product details to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Order Processing: Assist with the processing of customer orders from order entry through to fulfillment, including following up with other departments like logistics and finance to ensure timely delivery.
