Role Description The Assistant at Allans Ventures Real Estate Company will support daily operational, administrative, and coordination activities across projects and office functions. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Bengaluru,



with a mix of on-site work at project locations or the office and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities may include managing calendars and meetings, maintaining records and documentation, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and clients. The Assistant will help organize site visits, track project updates, handle basic correspondence and follow-ups, and support marketing or sales teams with data entry and materials. The role also involves ensuring smooth office operations, assisting with vendor coordination, and providing general support to leadership and project managers as needed.
