About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, results-driven, and confident Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive for our Credence Strategies real estate brand. In this role, you will be the initial voice of our client acquisition and lead generation efforts. You will spearhead outbound calling campaigns, qualify prospective buyers, tenants, and property owners, pitch our comprehensive real estate asset management and sales solutions, and book qualified appointments to drive business expansion.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Outbound Calling & Lead Generation: Proactively connect with potential buyers, tenants, and property owners via high-volume cold and warm calls to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Language & Communication: Conduct seamless, skilled,



and persuasive phone conversations entirely in fluent Tamil (along with basic English for documentation) to build immediate rapport with local clients.
• Client Consultation & Pitching: Understand client property requirements, effectively explain our property management, rental optimization, and sales offerings, and pitch tailored residential or commercial options.
• Appointment Booking & Follow-ups: Coordinate and schedule property viewings for the field team, manage systematic client follow-up sequences, and track prospect interest.
• Database & CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all calling logs, client interactions, preferences, pipeline statuses, and follow-up schedules in the real estate CRM system.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience: Freshers (0 years) up to 2 years of experience in Tele-sales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Business Development (preferably within Real Estate or related sectors).
• Language Proficiency: Mandatory
