Job Description: Senior Sales Executive – Hotel Automation Systems
Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive to drive the growth of our cutting-edge Hotel Automation Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing enterprise-level sales with major brand hotels, luxury resorts, and hospitality groups.
The ideal candidate brings 7 to 10 years of proven experience selling complex technical products (such as GRMS, smart lighting, HVAC controls, or security and networking systems) directly to hospitality decision-makers. You will leverage your existing network of hotel owners, developers, project management consultants (PMCs), and MEP consultants to position our brand as the premier automation choice in the industry.

Responsibilities
• Enterprise Business Development: Target, pitch, and secure new business opportunities with major global and regional hotel brands, management companies, and asset owners.

• B2B Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep relationships with key hospitality stakeholders,



including Hotel General Managers, Chiefs of Engineering, Directors of IT, Procurement Heads, and Developers.
• Consultative Selling: Analyze hotel blueprints and technical requirements to recommend tailored automation solutions (Guest Room Management Systems, access control, security and networking system, energy management).
• Consultant & PMC Liaison: Influence project specifications early in the cycle by educating MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants, architects, and Project Management Consultants on our product capabilities.
• End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: Lead the entire sales pipeline, from initial lead generation and high-level technical presentations to commercial negotiations, contract closures, and handovers to the project execution team.
