ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION :

Ph.D. in Engineering/Technology or a relevant allied field (other criteria as per AICTE latest norms)

DESIRABLE SKILLS :

• A solid academic and administrative background in a recognised higher education institution.
• Experience in academic leadership, institutional administration, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated understanding of NAAC accreditation and NBA accreditation requirements, where applicable.
• Desirable Qualifications & Experience
• Prior experience as Director, Principal, Dean, Professor, Head of Institution or in an equivalent senior academic leadership position.
• Familiarity with AICTE, AKTU, UGC and other applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in institutional development, admissions,



faculty recruitment, placements, industry collaboration and strategic planning.
• Strong leadership, communication, documentation, analytical and team-management skills.
• Experience in promoting Research & Development (R&D;), research projects, publications, consultancy, innovation, patents and collaborations with industries and research institutions.
