Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hauz Khas, responsible for leading data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance campaigns for paid search, paid social,



display, and other digital platforms to drive measurable growth in leads, conversions, and revenue for clients. The Performance Marketing Manager will analyze campaign data, generate insights, prepare performance reports, and recommend continuous improvements aligned with client objectives and brand positioning. The role also includes collaborating closely with creative, strategy, and client servicing teams to develop integrated marketing plans, manage budgets and bids, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within target KPIs. The position requires staying current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
