Role Description This full-time Lead Generation Specialist role is a hybrid position based in Mandi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Lead Generation Specialist will identify and qualify new leads through online research, outbound outreach, and follow-up communication across channels such as email, social media, and calls. The role includes maintaining lead databases, nurturing prospects, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to support targeted campaigns. The specialist will prepare basic reports on lead quality and conversion,



refine outreach strategies based on performance, and ensure all interactions align with Creative Mechanix’s brand voice and growth objectives.
