Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tekla Detailer with 3-5years of experience to join our team in SES, Hosur.

? Key Responsibilities
• 3D Modeling: Creating and managing detailed 3D models of structural components like beams, columns, plates, and connections using Tekla Structures.
• Drawing Preparation: Generating fabrication drawings, shop drawings, erection drawings, and other necessary documentation for fabrication and construction directly from the 3D model.
• Accuracy & Precision: Ensuring all details, measurements, specifications, and connections are accurate and adhere to project requirements and industry standards.
• Collaboration & Coordination:



Working closely with engineers, architects, project managers, and fabricators to ensure accurate detailing, resolve design discrepancies, and facilitate smooth project workflow.
• Clash Detection & Resolution: Identifying and resolving conflicts or clashes between structural elements within the 3D model, as well as with other disciplines like mechanical and electrical systems, at an early stage to prevent costly rework and delays during fabrication and construction.
• Documentation & Reporting: Generating various reports and documentation, such as material take-offs, bolt lists, and drawing lists, directly from the model, according to LinkedIn.
• Compliance: Ensuring all detailing work adheres to relevant industry codes and standards like AISC, AWS, OSHA, and NISD.
• Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving issues related to detailing and design discrepancies effectively and efficiently.
